In Illinois, Interstate Partners has acquired and developed over 20 buildings, totaling in excess of 3,200,000 square feet, primarily on the Interstate 90 corridor of north-metro Chicago, extending from East Dundee to Huntley.  The majority of completed buildings are  located in three Interstate Partners master planned and developed business parks, including NorthWest Corporate Park, NorthWest Business Park and Prairie Business Park.  These projects emphasize open space views, pedestrian corridors and business service retail that services residents, commuter traffic and park residents.

Our development team in Illinois includes Fran Brzezinski, Interstate Partners’ Chief Executive Officer; Mark Ebacher, President and Manager of the Illinois Office.  Interstate Partners’ accounting staff is also located in Wisconsin. Together, they lead a team with extensive development, marketing, investment and property management experience.
