In Minnesota, Interstate Partners has developed sixteen buildings, totaling
approximately 1,000,000 square feet. In addition the Minnesota division has
acquired two parcels of land located in South Saint Paul and Eagan
respectively. In South Saint Paul, the land comprises 30 acres which was the
last active stockyards in South Saint Paul. When redeveloped, this property
will be an additional phase of the BridgePoint Business Park. Public
infrastructure improvements began in Spring 2008 with plans to begin
constructing the first building known as BridgePoint Business Center I in
the Summer of 2009. In Eagan, Interstate Partners purchased 95 acres and
completed the first of eight planned
buildings known as Boulder Lakes Office III. When completed, the site will
contain approximately 775,000 square feet of office and office/tech space.
President Greg Miller, veteran of over thirty years of real estate
development and investment banking experience, is the managing partner of
Interstate Partners’ real estate enterprises in Minnesota. He leads a team
of capable investment, operations and property managers, who as a group have
diverse real estate backgrounds and expertise. Currently, Interstate
Partners’ Minnesota properties and development interests are located in four
master planned business parks as well as a two-story historical building in
downtown St. Paul that has been redeveloped into a boutique Class A office building
and now houses Interstate Partners' Minnesota office :
Grand Oak Business Park — A development occupying 100 acres at the
intersection of I-35E, I-494 and State Highways 55 and 149 in Eagan, MN.
Rice Creek Corporate Park — A 230-acre, mixed-use development located at the
intersection of I-35W, Hwy 10 between County Highways I and J in Shoreview,
MN.
BridgePoint Business Park — A 30-acre master planned business park located on
Concord Avenue just ½ mile south of I-494 in South St. Paul, MN (Dakota
County).
Boulder Lakes Business Park — an approximately 95-acre master planned
business park located on Lone Oak Road just southeast of I-494, I-35E, and
State Highways 55 & 149 in Eagan, MN (Dakota County).
500 Jackson Street — A 12,500 SF two-story historical building located in
downtown St. Paul just South of the intersection of I-35E and I-94 (Ramsey
County).
