In Illinois, Interstate Partners has ownership interests in seven buildings
with a total of approximately 1.2 million square feet, four (4) improved parcels
totaling 62 acres that can accommodate an additional 1.1 million square feet
of industrial space and 58 acres of retail land that can accommodate approximately
560,00 square feet of retail space. Our development team in Illinois includes
Mark Ebacher, Interstate Partners' President and Manager of the Illinois Office;
Kony Klein, Property Manager; Jeff Possin, Director of Development; and Paul
Anderson, Development Associate. Interstate Partners manages its own properties
in Illinois.
The industrial buildings and industrial and retail parcels are located in Elgin Illinois within Northwest Corporate Park and Northwest Business Park. These parks are located at the I-90/Randall Road Interchange. In addition, Interstate Partners is involved with the redevelopment of Gateway Executive Park and development of Cresthill Business Park.
